A phenomenal album that sees Michael Schenker stray from his usual songwriting and take part in an album full of covers. After a lull (by his standards) of mediocre albums this CD firmly establishes his credentials once again through effortless fret work and every song filled with feeling and emotion. The choice of songs complements Davey Pattison's vocals perfectly with backup provided by MSG stallwart Aynsley Dunbar on drums and Gunter Nezhoda on bass.

Highlights are Hey Joe and the atmospheric Whiter Shade of Pale.

The album also see's contributions by Leslie West (slide guitar on Theme For An Imaginary Western and "second solo trade-offs" on Never In My Life").
